On the day of the operation, I went straight to the shoulder-unit in Bad Frankenhausen, where I was greeted in a very nice and friendly manner by the nurses. The operation went without complications. Dr. Kenawy informed me about the course/result of the operation as well as about the further treatment options and the most efficient applications.
The nurses always had an open ear, despite the heavy workload on the ward. The physical therapists were also friendly and caring.
All in all, I was in good hands with the organization, from the first contact to the discharge. Aftercare is still ongoing.

I had problems and pain in my shoulder for years, on March 14, 2022 I was operated by Dr. Kenawy. Today, I can only say thank you very much. Dr. Kenawy is a doctor who listens to you, explains well and was always open to further discussion, he checked in on me twice a day.
