Shoulder Trauma
Shoulder injuries often affect joints, muscles, tendons, or ligaments and can result from falls, accidents, or overuse. Common examples include shoulder dislocation, rotator cuff tears, acromioclavicular joint sprains, calcific shoulder, biceps tendon tears, fractures, or bursitis. Typical symptoms include pain, swelling, and restricted movement.
In more severe cases, surgery may be required. Targeted rehabilitation afterward is crucial to fully restore shoulder function and prevent future injuries.
